I couldn't set my Word page setup in 32x39 cm with this margins: Top: 1.5 cm, Bottom: 1.5 cm, Left: 1.5 cm, Right: 1.5cm The margins and page sizes you can setup are a function of the printer driver and not Word. If your printer is capable of handling such sizes, set the next larger standard sized paper and make up the difference with the margins.
