I want to be able to print a document to FAX but my faxmodem doesn't come up
as an optional printer. How do I enable this?

Is a fax printer listed in the WIndows list of printers (e..g in control
panel)?

If it's Windows XP, have you enabled fax support? (Control Panel, Add or
remove programs, Add/Remove Windows components)

If it's Vista, as I understand it not all the versions have "traditional"
Fax support. I have no idea why.

If your version of Vista doesn't come with fax support (even if it does it
may not be installed) then MightyFax
http://www.rkssoftware.com/mightyfax/overview.html is easy to use and the
Vista version should be available next month.
