I was creating post cards with mail merge but on each
sheet of paper in word i have 4 postcards. SO, i am
having trouble putting 4 different names from excel on
one sheet of paper on word. Is that possilble that i can
put the 4 fields of different spot from excel into one
page of word? THANKS

Yes, for example you could create and format a 2x2 table, then put the same
text and fields in each cell. Then make sure that each cell except the first
one has a <<Next record>> ({ NEXT }) field at the beginning. If you are
using Word 2002 or 2003 and select a label merge, there is a "Propagate
labels" optoin in the Mail Merge Wizard that makes this fairly easy to do.
