MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / August 2007can you take information from a chart and put it into a mail merge
I have created a chart and added names and email addresses. My question is can you take this information and import it directly into an email merge? I doubt it. Word can only use a single, flat data file as the source for a mailmerge. How is your "chart" arranged?  SignatureHope this helps.
