Is it possible, when running through the Mail Merge in Microsoft Word, to
choose contacts from one Outlook folder, exit out of there, and then add
contacts from a different Outlook folder? I had a client that had contacts
in two different Outlook folders, and wanted to include people from both
lists in a Mail Merge. Would this work in the same fashion as having a
Contacts subfolder open, as someone had mentioned in a previous post?
Thanks to anyone who can help me!

You certainly can't do it from Word Nor is there an obvious way to do it
from Outlook (the Outlook forum may have other ideas), but you can create a
third contacts list and *copy* the entries you wish to merge into that list,
then merge that list http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm You
can save the new list as a merge data file from the Outlook dialog, which
means you can then delete the new list (or just its contents).
