I am trying to send a mail merge from Word 2003 using
Windows XP. Every time I choose mail to email it comes up
with an annoying message asking me to confirm that I want
to allow it access and for how long.
I choose the maximum allowed and it then prompts me again
with another screen asking me for each email that the
merge is trying to send.
How to I disable this security setting?

I came here for the same reason, and I found an older post
that recommended this program:

I just installed it and it solves the problem.
