My Mail Merge Toolbar is suddenly displaying only two digits for recipient
numbers greater than 99. The merge seems to work OK for all recipients in the
data source, and the toolbar properly displays the recipient number up to 99,
but doesn't display the least significant digit (the "ones" digit) for
recipient numbers greater than 99. I am using an Access 2003 query as my data
source.
I believe that it worked right when I used it last month. ??

This error comes free with Word 2003 SP3 which would probably have installed
on your system if you have automatic updates from Microsoft Update. After
someone else kindly pointed it out, I've reported it but no idea what will
happen as a result.

I think that I saw somewhere that your problem was caused by Office 2003
Service Pack 3.  If I am correct about that, it would be why it worked OK
last month.
