I have a page of address labels that I need to convert to a database because
I have different labels than the person who sent the labels to me.  Is there
a way to do this?

Your instructions are amazing. My label document differs in that there is not
a double para marker at the end of each label, there is a little circle which
I cannot seem to select in order to include it in my replace search string.
Can you explain how I deal with this marker?

The symbol you indicate is the end of cell marker and will not affect the
process - and will not be present when you convert the table to text.
