I have a 2 label per page mail merge. there is an image on the left side and
the address info on the right. eveything appears to be set up correctly, but
when i hit the arrow to see the next record the record on the bottom lable
moves to the top label and a new record show up on the bottom label, hit the
next record button and the same thing happens - any suggestions?

Execute the merge to a new document if you want to see the labels as they
will appear when printed.

What you are doing at the moment is just stepping through the data source,
one record at a time and as there are two labels on the mail merge main
document, you are seeing each one (except for the first) twice.

Hope this helps.
