Mailmerge not working in HTML

I have outlook 2002 and word 2002 so it should work. I can send the message in Plain text and as an attachment and everything is fine, but just doesn't work when I choose HTML. No error, just doesn't work. I send a message to myself to check. I get nothing when I choose HTML.

Try asking this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup. Be sure to take a look in Outlooks Help/About dialog box and include information on which SPs and security updates you've installed. Also, if your Outlook data originated in an earlier version, tell them which one.
