I have been making labels in the past without any problems. since I changed to xp when I print the labels the layout is not what I asked for. The problem is not the printer. It is the same I used before. I seems wrong also on screen Please hel thanks sgros One problem that seems fairly common with xp is that the File|Page Setup may be for a different page size (e.g. Letter) than the size assumed when you select the label layout (e.g. could be A4).
