In creating individual labels for a mass mailing, I come to the last step
which is to change individual labels.  I was able to access one label and now
am not clear what to do.  There are at least 3 labels I need to edit and I'm
not sure how to move from the one label and have my changes"stick".  I've
tried to click on the finish and merge tab to repeat the procedure (and/or
eventually print my labels!) and it has greyed out...ie I can't get my
pointer to open this tab.  Please help.  This has been a lengthy and tedious
process.  I have also had trouble getting all my pages to print.  Clicking
print may produce 2 of my 3 total pages.  Thank-you. I am running windows

When you did this, did you end up with a new Word document?

If you did, you should see /all/ the labels  in the new document (let's call
it the Output document). By this point, the labels no longer contain any
MERGE fields. You should be able to edit them as ordinary text. Then you can
print the changes using Word's normal print facilities. But your changes in
this document do not get plugged back into your Mail merge Main Document: if
there is something wrong with /all/ the entries in the Output document, then
you probably need to modify your Mail Merge Main Document again, and merge
it to create a new Output document.

If you did not, you probably need to go one step further.

Which version of Word?
