I'm getting the following error message:
"Word could not merge the main document with the data
source because the data records were empty or no data
records matched your query options."

I certainly have data in records, and data does match the
query options.  However, because the query contains a
large number of fields (including calculated fields), I'm
wondering if there is a limit to the number of fields
allowed.

Can anyone help?

Hi Margaret,

Version of Word?

What's the data source?

When you mention "query options" are you referring to
selections you made in Word, itself? Or are you thinking
about the actual data source?
