Can you merge powerpoint graphics (such as 3d animated graphics)  with
Publisher?

Or how do you add 3d animated graphics to pictures on Publisher?

I would suggest that you ask this question in a Publisher newsgroup.  This
one is for questions about Word.

I have cross-posted this response to the Microsoft.Public.Publisher
newsgroup which is where you should look for answers, (though they may also
appear here as well, depending upon the way in which anyone responds)

Hope this helps.

Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my
services on a paid consulting basis.

The only way animation happens in Publisher is if you convert the publication to
a web page.
