Unfortunately, mine seems to work OK even doing that, I haven't tried
merging more than 100 records as everyone else with this problem reports a
crash at somewhere between 20 and 40.
So if you have a crash ID, so much the better!

That is one of the problems with this...there is no crash ID. Word churns at
100% cpu for a while and eventually it gives up and stops doing the merge
with no error message. It just gives up. I did get one 'hung app' with a list
of items P1 windord P2 12.0.62.11.100
P3 ms0.dll
P4 12.0.16213.1000
P5-P10 NIL
but that certainly doesn't tell anyone much

Hi,
Are you in a position to re-check this info? The suggestion is that the
version info. is incorrect (my guess is that "windord" should be "winword"
and that you may have had to copy the info. by hand)
