Enable EMail Alerts

All the help info tells me to select "Mail Merge" from
the Tools menu, but I do not have it on my tools menu,
nor can I access the functions from the tool bar when I
do get them to show. Do I have to save the main document
in some special format to have access to "Mail Merge"?

Which version of Word? Was your version of Word originally
installed as part of WORKS?
