Hi:
We have been using merge from Outlook to Word for years - this problem
has only occurred in the past few weeks.  We often run a filter in
Outlook, and want to see the numbers quickly in the filter. We have
done this by going to "last Record" in Word, and it tells us the
number in the filter.  Lately however, Word will stop at 10, 13 or 17
- random numbers, even if there are 200 in the merge. If you merge the
document, it will merge all 200 records, but the "Last Record" is only
saying, say 13??? Using Word 2003 - have not changed any programms
which would affect this, other than to have automatic updates
applied.  I would really appreciate any assistance with this - driving
us crazy!!
TIA

I guess you have recently updated Word to SP3. What you describe is a known
bug in SP3.
