Hi
A while ago I received a fax - when I selected it to open this message
came up :-
The Fax cannot be displayed because your operating
system does not have a default viewer for Fax documents. ( .tif files)
I have had items before they opend without a problem. Anyway of of
obtaining the viewer ? Any assistance would be appreciated.

While this has nothing whatsoever to do with Word mail merge, right click a
TIF file in Windows Explorer and ensure that it is associated with Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer.
