I am trying to merge contact info to a form and it randomly skips records, no reason. It appears to skip every other record but sometimes it's 3-4 records before it skips again. It occurs when I either merge directly to printer or to document.

Version of Word, please? And since you mention "contact info" I take it the data source is Outlook?

Do you initiate the merge from within Outlook, or Word?

If you press Alt+F9 and look at the field codes you don't see any {NEXT} fields in there by any chance?

Does this happen only with a particular main merge doc, or also with a new file?
