Probably better to use the Format function in a query in Excel and use that
as the data source, but in Word, use Alt+F9 to toggle on the display of the
field codes in the mail merge main document and add the following formatting
switch inside the closing }
\# "00'-'00"
Use Alt+F9 again to toggle off the display of the field codes.
