I have a text field data in Access 2007 in this input mask format: "07-08"
(99-99;0;_), when merge this field in Word 2007 this format disappear and
display this format: "0708" without the hyphen (-).
I appreciate some help.
Tanks.

Probably better to use the Format function in a query in Excel and use that
as the data source, but in Word, use Alt+F9 to toggle on the display of the
field codes in the mail merge main document and add the following formatting
switch inside the closing }

\# "00'-'00"

Use Alt+F9 again to toggle off the display of the field codes.

Hope this helps.
