I am attempting to populate a mail merge using an excel spreadsheet. I have
a number from the excel that I want in the mail merge. When I look at the
numbers in excel it shows up as ex. 5.125%. When I do the mail merge it shows
like this .05125. I want it to look as it does in excel. How do I make this
happen.
I also want to be able to round to the nearest whole number. For example in
excel a number will show as $2500. When I populate the mail merge it shows
as 2500.034303434. I want the mail merge to eliminate all the numbers after
the decimal.
Can anyone help??????
Word only imports the raw data from Excel so it needs reformatting in Word -
