Attachments to email mail merge

Is it possible to send a mailmerge from Outlook and add an
attachment? I can create an email with the attachment and
then go through the mailmerge wizard but the attachment
disappears when you try to send.

What kind of file are you trying to attach?

Not with any built-in functionality, no. But Doug Robbins has
posted a VBA method on the mvps.org/word site.
