I have an excell spread sheet which contains a Data Base of contacts.

One entry is email address and I use this to Mail Merge to Outlook.

One person has two email addresses. How can I put both in the same cell and
still get the mailmerge to work ?

You can't as the merge to e-mail will reject the entry - duplicate the
record.
