Mail Merge with Avery Labels Question

hello,

I am printing on Avery Labels 5263, trying to print the return address and
addressee on one label. I cannot get the return address and mailing address
to print on one label. any suggestions.

As far as I've ever been able to tell, Word doesn't provide a way to
facilitate this. Can you describe the layout format you need (where the
return and where the delivery address should go)?

Right off the top of my head, I'd say: enter the return address, add a couple
of lines, then change the INDENT for the delivery address paragraphs. COPY
this and paste to the other labels (table cells). Be careful to NOT delete
the NEXT field that stands at the front of the second to last labels. (Or
make the adjustments in the second label and make sure to remove the NEXT
field after copying to the first label).

Hmmmm. I suspect the use of an autotext entry carrying the formatted return
address would also work. This could be inserted as a field in a merge, and
in the envelope/label wizard its name can be typed in the window and F3
pressed to insert it. The technique is similar to that I have described at:
