Probably a basic problem but I am stuck.
I have Windows XP,Word 2002 and Outlook 2002.
I follow the merge wizard instructions to the letter and start in either Outlook or Word, but although the mail list is recognised, all ticked, address format chosen, no address are finally shown.
Any ideas?

Maybe http://www.gmayor.dsl.pipex.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm and
http://www.gmayor.dsl.pipex.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm will show you the
error of your ways :)

Thanks, the site was very useful and gave me the answer.Excellen
I have another question , should I ask it here or start again.
Although I have the country enterred in the outlook address box , the label sometimes includes it, and sometimes not
Any ideas why?

I may be wrong here, but as I understand it, this works in conjunction with
where Windows thinks you are, by virtue of the regional settings. It should
not show the country for the country in which you have told Windows you are
working. If this doesn't cover it, you may be better asking in an Outlook
group.

Go to:

http://www.btinternet.com/~kevin.james1/Ralph.htm

There you will find some detailed procedures to download
that will tell you how to make address label using an
address database and either Works or Word based on Works
suite 2001.  Any specific questions repost.
