Does anyone have a link to a primer or steps to merging
printed form letters using my contacts from my Address
book? I want the first name and last name especially to be
pulled from Outlook.

Also, I need to send out a form letter through email,
using different first/last names in the greeting at the
beginning of my letter. This form letter is not an
attachment, but the body of the email message. Can that be
done?

Any resources or advice are much appreciated!

I forgot to tell you the version I'm using: Microsoft
Office 2000.

Also, I found this answer
(http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm) in the
newsgroup to a similar question, but I could still use any
other replies!

The link explains how to use Outlook as your data source. To prepare a merge
look at http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm. The
procedure for form letters is similar to and simpler than labels.
