I've created a Word XP mail merge document that uses some
fill-in fields.  Now I want to take this same data from
the fill-in fields and use it in other locations in the
document.  I've tried Bookmarks and Hyperlinks and either
those are the wrong choices or I'm not doing it
correctly.  Any advice?  Thanks--Lyndie

You need to bookmark the field, then use a REF field to place the repeated
data. Alternatively use an ASK field, which writes its info to a bookmark,
and use REF fields at both locations.
