Hi,

I tried to create word merge document with my files.
The output of the generated document was having improper
numbering campered with the main document.

for (e.g)

My main document was having

.........
.........

1.Balaji Seshadri

2.Radha Balaji

............

My Merged document is giving output as

.........
.........

1.Balaji Seshadri

1.Radha Balaji

............

Please let me know how Bullets and Numbering have to be
configured in Main document to get the correct sequence in
my generated document

Thanks,

Balaji S

OK, this does not tell us what /fields/ you actually had in your mail merge
main document. Can you tell us what fields (<<fieldname>> or { MERGEFIELD
fieldname }) you had in the document? Also, it is useful to know which
version of Word you are using and what the data source is (a Word document,
Excel file, Access, SQL server table, etc.)
