When merging with Outlook, not all outlook fields show up in the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box. Any ideas? Word 2002 Outlook 2002 Windows XP Home Farokh You'll get the most fields out of Outlook if you initiate the merge fom Outlook - select a contacts folder in Outlook then use Outlook Tools|Mail merge.
