When merging with Outlook, not all outlook fields show up
in the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box. Any ideas?

You'll get the most fields out of Outlook if you initiate the merge fom
Outlook - select a contacts folder in Outlook then use Outlook Tools|Mail
merge. Be careful, as some fields have different names from the ones used
when you connect from the Word Mail Merge Wizard.
