I am using office xp and outlook xp. I have created a query from
access xp which I used to look up the email address when merging. My
issues are that
Inserted Hyperlinks become plain text when I send the email. I have
tried saving the word doc as a web page. I have ensured on outlook
that the mail format is html.
Further when using pictures as hyperlinks they do not even appear in
the outlook mail. Help

Do you have SP2 installed? I believe it fixes those problems.
