Hello, I was trying to figure out how to layout the main
document to have the merge come out as a booklet.  For
example, names and address on a page that is landscaped, a
list on the left and a list on the right, then folding the
page in half to make a book.  Of course then it comes down
to the fronts and backs being in alpha order????  Is this
possible in Word?

I don't know how applicable this is for mailmerge situations, but I'd look
at

http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Formatting/BookletPrinting.htm

for starters.
