Please help - I am very frustrated.  

I have been trying to create mailing labels in word 02
using my outlook 02 data and been unsuccessful in using
the mail merge process.  Dell's software support now
tells me that this cannot be done as it is a software
problem.  They believe that the only way to do this is to
either type them in mannually or export an entire file.
