I have merged a number of labels in office xp and it was
fine.
This is my first attempt since running office 2003 and
the fields all merge and look good on the screen.
However, the address's do not appear in print preview,
nor do they print.

Any ideas

Bob

Hi Bobyork376099920@aol.com,

How about if you merge to a new document? Does the merged
information appear in the new document? And if you print
that, does it print?

Any chance the merge document has become formatted as
hidden text?
