MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / December 2003Mail Merge Toolbar Malfunction
I'm on Word 2000. When I click on the Tool Bar, I get a seemingly endless stream of "mailmerge" listing (as shown below0 making it difficult to access various Toolbar functions such as "Customizations" and "Options". Does anyone have a recommendation? Dan mailmerge... mailmerge... mailmerge... mailmerge... This common occurrence is caused by a bug in the Works add-in for Word. You need to uninstall the add-in and then use tools > customize and drag the extras from the menu.
