Hello,

I am trying to merge excel spreadsheets within word. I
need to use the above lables. However when i run this
merge i get a blank response. Each label displays <<next
Record>> rather than the an address from the spreadsheet.
I have managed to complete this succesfully with other
label sizes. Any ideas?

We first need to know which version of Word we're dealing
with.

Then, reading the steps you give literally, I'd say you've
missed actually INSERTING the merge fields into the labels.
But without knowing the version, there's little more I can
say at this point.
