Creating single letters using Outlook addresses

Using word 2003, I am creating a template to create single letters using
address information from Outlook. In the template, I have a header
containing my letterhead. Elsewhere in the template, I have a few fields
where select from a list of autotext entries depending on the content of the
letter.

When I create the letter starting in Outlook with the function Actions, New
letter to account (from Business Contact Manager), the address is inserted
into the document, but I have two unwanted events taking place (guess they
are related):

- A part of my header disappears, I assume it is overwritten by the wizard
- The rest of the content of the template disappears assume it is
overwritten by the wizard

How can I prevent this from happening? Is there a better way to create
single letters without retyping address infromation already present?

Cheers, Thorbjorn

I finally found excellent help here which lets me do this in a convenient
way: http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/InsertAdrsWMacroFld.htm

Thanks for this site.

Cheers, Thorbjorn
