We have the registration trademark symbol in a Word 2000 document it is mail merged then e-mailed. The e-mail recipient receives the e-mail with the registration trademark symbol (the litttle r) gone Any thoughts Hi Steve, One possible explanation is that the version of the font you're using doesn't have that symbol in the version of the same font they're using.
