When merging to printer or new document displays From 1 to -5 Why does it show -5. I have tried different data sets from 3 records to 9,000 and still shows From 1 to -5 and not From 1 to 3 or From 1 to 9000 as applicable. Any answers would be most appreciated. Current fix is to check on All. This sets from to fields blank, then check From again and enter record numbers from to. Hi Chris, It would help if you told us which version of Word? Are you then not able to change the "to" entry?
