I'm merging from Excel into Word.  The Excel spreadsheet
has alot of formulas and I have formatted all of the
cells.  When I merge it, it destroys all of the formats
and if the formula does not come out with an even number
it will put 83.6766666%  How do I get it to merge with
the correct data in the spreadsheet.

Hi Sarah,

You can either format the data in Excel as Text, or apply formatting
switches to the mailmerge fields in Word.  See the following page of fellow
MVP Graham Mayor's website:

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
