Common Size of Pics when merging into word

Hi,
I am merging data and pics into Word 97 (Word 97 \ data in
Excel 97 with links to pics all in one file).

Is there a way that I can keep all the pics (jpgs.,)the
same size, regardless of file size and resolution ?

Hope you can help - or point me somewhere where I can find
the info.

Assuming you want to retain the *proportions*, and limit
either the width or the height, then you can place the
IncludePicture field into a FRAME (from the Forms toolbar)
that has an exact height or width (whichever you want to
use as the limit).
