I'm using an Access query as my data source.
I have a discount field of 10% in my query and have formateed that column as
a currency field, but it's showin on my merge documents in three decimals.
How can I make it show only two and be rounded?
Thanks.

You might like to look at
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm also - in
particular the Excel data section, as the problem and answer are the same
for Excel and Access.
