I am working on mailing labels for a client by taking
informantion fron Excel, formated and then using mail
merge in Word. The problem I am having is that as the
names are printed down the page they are starting to chop
off the names. I have tried hitting the enter key to move
the fields down to center the data, this works for the
first page, it doesn't work for the other pages. Any ideas?

Hi Dawn,

We need more information, I'm afraid.

1. Version of Word?
2. Type of label?

NOTES:
The "Avery label wizard" that helps you set up labels in Word
was broken in some versions. Updating with the fixed version
from the Avery website helps in these cases.

In other cases, the problem is a faulty printer driver that's
not interpreting the tables Word uses to set up a label page
correctly. Updating the printer driver helps in these
instances.
