Problem with printing envelopes from mail merge

I finally successfully set up a mail merge file in word from excell but am experiencing a problem printing. Each envelope prints with a solid line at the bottom which also appears in the print preview. How do I remove this?

1. Version of Word involved?

2. If you see the line in print preview, do you also see it in the "layout" view? (If you're using Word 2002 or 2003, be sure you're not suppressing white space at the top and bottom of the page)

3. If you're not, then I suspect this may be a printer issue. In this case, you should try asking in the word.printing.fonts newsgroup.

Note: If you use the Tools/Envelope to create a single envelope of the same size, do you see the same problem?
