Auto change Capital letters

Is there a way to change capital letters to lowercase
letters automatically? This is so I don't have to retype
a long document. This would be a huge help if someone
can let me know how to do it. If it can't be done please
let me know. Thank you.

Hi Mike,

Select "Change Case" from the Format menu.
