When doing mail merge with an exelfile and a word document. Mail merge
will generate a letter for each line in the exelfile.

When I want to do a mail merge with an exel file containing f.i.

Customer   product
smith      cherry 1
smith      berry 1

How do I get mailmerge to create only 1 leterfor Smith with both
products instead of 2 letters, each letter for 1 line.

Thanks

Hi Cees,

Word doesn't do this easily. You'll find a discussion in the special
merges section of my website's mail merge FAQ about how to do
"one-to-many". There are links to sample files; I recommend the DATABASE
field approach, if you can display the list in a table.
