Error DDE connection

Hi,

I merge from Excel to Word and am getting an error
message "Word could not re-establish a DDE connection with
Excel to complete the current task"

Any ideas, it was working fine until I went from Office XP
to 2000.

Hi Danielle,

Go to the microsoft website, and under "Support" go to the
Knowledge Base. Search there on the terms
Wd2002 AND "DDE connection"

You should turn up an article that discusses what you can do
if this problem turns up.
