The data source for my mailmerged document is my Outlook contact folder. I want to use the distribution list in the contacts folder as my data source (approximetly 80 contacts in the distribution). When I preview the document, the only data which displays and prints, is the title of the distribution list rather than all the contacts under the distribution. Can this be fixed?

You can use this methodology to merge subsets of your Outlook file - though
distribution lists are for e-mail. Use categories instead.
