You have not supplied enough information to identify the problem here. The
first step would be to apply a paragraph style that has not inter-paragraph
spacing. If that doesn't fix it, let us know more about what you are doing.

Thanks for responding.
I am compiling a list of addresses for a bulk mailing.
I have compiled the list in a Word document with "fields"
(boxes) I have a field for each line of their address:
Title
Company
Address 1
Address 2
I have a letter written in Word. The address section above
the greeting is supposed to insert the information from the
above document. It does, but it double spaces each of the
address lines. I don't know how I can turn this off as the
information being inserted is in "fields"
