I'm trying to do print address labels on 3x10 sheets. The
first sheet looks great with 30 different addresses. The
second sheet starts with the second record not the 31st
record. This repeats on each subsequent sheet (3rd record
starting the 3rd sheet, 4th record starting on the 4th
sheet, etc).

Hi Darrell,

Which version of Word? Are you actually EXECUTING the merge
to a new document, or just flipping through the records in
the mail merge data preview? It sounds very much like you're
doing the latter...
