Whenever I use More items to enter individual merge fields (instead of using the Address block, for example) and then hit the spacebar, instead of getting a space, the merge field repeats itself. The only way I can figure out to get spaces between fields is to select More items, insert a field, close, and repeat for every field. Alternatively, I can insert all the merge fields, close, and then go back and put in spaces.
Isn't there a way to do this more efficiently?
